Anyone who thinks that a first-level background check to purchase a gun is wrong please de-friend me now (and I expect a few of you will). I fully believe in the second amendment. Guns *are* legal. but just because something is legal has not historically been an impediment to making sure said rights are not preformed responsibly and within the greater good (i.e. alcohol @21, etc).
